IS THERE A DEPOSIT REQUIRED? A non-refundable deposit of $100, which is put towards your overall tattoo price. Deposits are final and non-refundable
HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE? Ivan’s minimum is $150. Prices are determined based on the complexity of the design, placement, and size (please review the prices sheet for an idea of how I charge on the home page) . You will be given a price estimate once your booking request is received.
CUSTOM DESIGNS and DESIGN TIME: Designs will be available the morning of our appointment date and we can discuss any changes together. If you decide to alter your design idea and/or dramatically alter the size, your appointment may need to be rescheduled for a later date and the price may change. If you decide to change your idea all together, please provide at least one week's notice.
TERMS + CONDITIONS
PAYMENT: CASH or ZELLE upon completion of your tattoo.
RESCHEDULING POLICY: If for any reason you need to reschedule, I require 48 hours notice prior to the time of your appointment. Any change to your appointment time after this will forfeit your original deposit and an additional deposit will be required to reserve a new appointment.
LATE POLICY: I allow a 15 minute grace period because LA traffic hits differently. If you are more than 15 minutes late please communicate with me, this may affect the amount of time we have available for your appointment.
CANCELLATION POLICY: If you are a no-show or cancel less than 48 hours prior to the time of your appointment FOR ANY REASON, you will forfeit your original deposit and an additional deposit will be required to reserve a new appointment.
ART: All designs produced by Ivan remain his intellectual property and may be re-used for any purpose at his discretion.
PHOTOGRAPHS: You will likely be asked to have your photo taken. By agreeing you grant the unrestricted right to the images taken for promotional or editorial purposes. Any restrictions or questions must be stated clearly and immediately.
CONSENT: By proceeding with an appointment request, you are agreeing to the above terms. THIS IS NOT THE TATTOO CONSENT FORM. Thank you and please let me know if you have any additional questions or concerns.
